General and technical questions
Email hello@webpforge.com. For a conversion bug, include the browser name and version, operating system, source format, approximate file size and dimensions, selected output, and the visible error message.
Do not attach a private source image unless you have removed sensitive content and intentionally choose to share it. A reproducible public or synthetic sample is preferable.
Privacy questions
Email privacy@webpforge.com or read the privacy policy for a precise account of local processing and ordinary server requests.
Before reporting a failed conversion
- Confirm the file extension and actual format match.
- Try one smaller image to rule out device memory pressure.
- Update to a current browser with WebAssembly and Web Worker support.
- Keep the original; WebpForge never modifies it in place.
